Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Beyond Ambition Limited website (https://beyondambitionlimited.com) and any enquiry you make through it. Engagements for software engineering services are governed by a separate written services agreement provided before work begins; if there is any conflict, the services agreement prevails.

2. Use of this website

You may browse, link to, and share content from this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or test its security without written authorisation, scrape it at abusive volumes, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, case studies, graphics, logos, and code samples — is owned by Beyond Ambition Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Brief excerpts may be quoted with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires our written permission.

4. Information, not advice

Blog posts, case studies, and service descriptions on this site are general information about our capabilities and industry practices. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and outcomes described in case studies do not guarantee similar results for other projects.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact or consultation form does not create a contract. A binding engagement arises only when both parties sign a services agreement or statement of work. Proposals and estimates are valid for the period stated in them.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law — including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and the Australian Consumer Law, whose protections are not excluded where they apply — Beyond Ambition Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
