2. Zero Personal Data Collection

When you open a Google Maps place listing and trigger the Extension, it extracts publicly visible reviews (reviewer name, star rating, review date, review text, and owner response). This data is held in temporary local browser memory and is never routed through or stored on our servers. You maintain total ownership and control over your exported CSV files and custom API payloads.
4. Manifest V3 Permissions Justification
The Extension requests only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver its core functionality: (a) 'activeTab' — to detect the venue title and URL on the active Google Maps tab; (b) 'scripting' — to scroll review panels and extract publicly visible DOM elements; (c) 'storage' — to store your personal scraper options, custom API endpoints, and authentication keys locally in chrome.storage.local; (d) Host Permissions ('https://*.google.com/maps/*') — to interface exclusively with Google Maps listings.
5. Third-Party Webhook & API Push
If you configure an API endpoint URL in the Extension settings, extracted reviews are transmitted directly from your browser to your designated server. Beyond Ambition Limited does not intercept, relay, proxy, inspect, or retain this communication.
6. No Remote Code Execution
In accordance with Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, the Extension contains no remote code execution (eval, new Function, or remote script loaders). All code and dependencies are 100% self-contained and statically bundled within the extension package.
7. User Controls & Data Deletion
Because all configuration settings reside in your browser's local storage, clearing your browser data or uninstalling the Extension instantly and permanently removes all stored preferences, API keys, and temporary cache from your machine.
